Where is my data stored?
Loan scenarios and calculator inputs are stored only on your device. There is no account and no sign-in.
Do the AI features need anything to work?
The optional AI features (scenario analysis and the listing scanner) use your own Google Gemini API key, which you paste into the app. Nothing is sent anywhere until you use one of those features.
Are the results financial advice?
No. Mortgage FlipCard is an educational calculator. Figures are estimates and shouldn't be your only input for a lending decision.
